Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with Lumyantech. If your question isn't here, contact us.

General

What is the async model?

+

It means we're not available 24/7 in real-time, but we respond within 24-48 hours. Perfect for 90% of SMB IT needs that aren't critical emergencies. This model allows us to offer high-quality services at much more accessible prices than traditional support.

Do you only work with businesses in Miami?

+

We're based in Miami but work 100% remotely. We can help any SMB in the United States that speaks Spanish or English. Physical location doesn't matter when everything is remote.

Services & Pricing

How much do your services cost?

+

Depends on the service:
• Technical Consulting: $500-1500 depending on complexity
• Remote Support: $75-150 per ticket
• Cybersecurity: $50-150/user/month
• AI Training: $800-1200 per session

We always give clear quotes BEFORE starting any work.

Do I need to sign an annual contract?

+

No. We work project by project or ticket by ticket. If we want to start a long-term relationship, we'll do it because we're both happy, not because you're trapped in a contract.

How We Work

How do we get started?

+

1. Fill out the contact form or write to us
2. We schedule a 30-minute call to understand your situation
3. We tell you honestly if we can help
4. If yes, we send you a clear proposal with scope and costs
5. You approve and we start working

Do I need to understand technology to work with you?

+

No. That's precisely the point. We explain everything in plain language. If we use a technical term, we stop and explain it. Your job is to understand your business; ours is to understand technology.

Technical
