Pricing and Quotes
Why don't you have fixed prices on the site?
Because every business is different. A restaurant with 5 employees has very different needs than an accounting office with 20 computers. We prefer to give you a fair, personalized price after understanding your real situation, rather than charging a standard price that may be too much or too little for what you need.
How much does an initial consultation cost?
The first 30-minute conversation is completely free. No commitments, no sales pressure. We just want to understand your situation and see if we can help. If we decide to work together, we give you a clear budget before starting any work.
How do payments work? Are there long contracts?
We don't lock you into long contracts. For specific projects (like technical consulting or web development), you pay for the complete project. For ongoing support, you can pay monthly with no minimum commitment. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel whenever you want.
Do you charge by the hour or by project?
It depends on the service. Defined projects (technical consulting, web development, diagnosis) have a fixed price. Ongoing support can be by the hour or monthly, as you prefer. You will always know the cost before we do any work.

What's the difference between technical consulting and remote support?
Technical consulting is an in-depth analysis of your infrastructure: we review everything and give you an improvement plan. It's a one-time project that tells you what to fix and in what order. Remote support is ongoing help: we solve day-to-day problems like slow computers, software that doesn't work, or configurations you need to change.
Do you work with companies outside Miami?
Yes. Most of our services are remote, so we can work with any company in the United States. For services requiring in-person visits, we work primarily in the Miami area, but can make exceptions depending on the project.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. That is precisely our differentiator. We explain everything in clear language, without technical jargon. If you don't understand something, it's our responsibility to explain it better. We work with business owners who just want technology to work without complications.
What size companies do you serve?
We specialize in small and medium businesses: typically 1 to 50 employees. If you're larger, you probably need an internal IT department. If you're smaller, we can still help, but some of our full services might be more than you need.
About the Process
How long does it take to receive a response?
For general inquiries, we respond within 24-48 hours. If you're already a client and have an urgent problem, you can call us directly and we respond the same day. For non-urgent support, our response time is 24-48 business hours.
Can I change or cancel a service?
Yes. For ongoing services like remote support, you can cancel whenever you want without penalty. For projects in progress, we'll talk with you to see how to proceed. We always look for a fair solution for both parties.
Do you include guarantees on your services?
Yes. If something we implement doesn't work correctly, we fix it at no additional cost. For web development, we guarantee 30 days of corrections after delivery. For other services, if you're not satisfied, we'll talk to find a solution.
What if I need something urgent?
