Lumyantech provides technology consulting services, IT support, web development, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence training for small and medium businesses.
Specific details of each service, including scope, deliverables, and pricing, are agreed upon through written quote before starting any work.
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we honor prices agreed upon in accepted quotes.
Payment terms are specified in each quote. Generally, we require:
For ongoing services, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation penalties.
For ongoing projects, if you cancel after work has started, you'll be billed proportionally for work completed up to that point.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases where Lumyantech cannot fulfill agreed services.
We guarantee that our services will be provided with professional care and reasonable competence.
For web development, we offer 30 days of corrections at no additional cost after delivery.
We do not guarantee specific results (such as Google rankings or absolute prevention of cyber attacks), but we do guarantee to make our best professional effort.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 6 months.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss, or consequential damages.
For web development and other creative work, once paid in full, you own the final deliverables.
We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information you share with us during service delivery.
If your project requires a specific confidentiality agreement, we'll be happy to sign it.
We may modify these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved preferably through direct negotiation. If necessary, through arbitration in Miami, Florida.
